The apartment area is 35m2 with about 20m2 terrace. The apartment comprises of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. Kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge and cooler. There is also a water cooker, toaster, hand mixer, coffee machine, all necessary dishes and cutlery, dish cloth.

All the apartments have equal amenities. A kitchen with a dining and living area, a bedroom, bathroom and a big terrace. For our tiniest guests, a cot ready in a minute. Each apartment has a private entrance and a parking space awaits you. The guiding principle during the house construction was life in harmony with nature. The house is built out of stone, in the tradition of old Dalmatian houses. The walls are thick and well insulated so there is no need for air-conditioning. During the hottest days it is sufficient to turn on the ceiling ventilator.Numerous sunny hours are used for water heating. Since aromatherapy is our choice and our passion, an aroma cosmetic set awaits you in the bathroom.
In Villa Zen everything is second to joy and the lightness and easiness of life. Only twenty to fifty stairs separates you from the beach. On the terrace and beach dock there are chairs and an outside shower close by. If you like to use aromatic herbs in your cooking, you can find some next to each apartment and you are welcome to use them. For barbecue lovers, an outside stone barbecue awaits on an irresistable terrace. Certainly, living in harmony with nature, we still accept the achievements of the technical civilization which make life easier, connect and inform us, therefore, we have free WiFi – a password awaits you.
The apartment is beautiful and well decorated. The location is great – just in front of the sea, with its own small bay etc…. But the main “attraction” of the place is its host – Jasna. Booking this apartment we have seen the photo of her diploma in aromatherapy but haven’t paid much attention to it, considering that our host has a hobby :) When we come we’ve met a great person – experienced psychologist with deep knowledge of different practices and tehnics and aromatherapy is just one of a range. Always upright carriage, an ocean of calmness inside, kindness and warm light in her eyes. Also, even if you don’t rent an apartment don’t miss an opportunity to experience of the massages what Jasna can make. It’s really easy to find her – this is the last house in the village Grscica in the direction to Karbuni.
Great People , great place.
It is a really nice and quiet place for resting with the family, after few days you become like member of the owner’s family. The place is bit separated from the village which gives you some privacy, but if you want, it is 3 minutes walking and you are in the taverna and very small harbor. Small shop is 5 minutes car drive, bigger one is 15-20 minutes. On the place, if you want, you can have aromatherapy and massage – professionally done by the owner – that is paid additionally – but really worth trying. Very nice people, warm water, lot of sun, nothing more needed for a relaxing holiday. The place gives you good vibes for the rest of the year…

This place is an oasis for everyone to visit who is looking for a peaceful time! Jasna is the host created an incredible island of relaxation and comfort. She is one of the best host I have ever experienced in private rents. When you need help she will support you for whatever your needs are. We didn’t rent a car so she drove us to get groceries or to the half an hour away Korcula town for us to catch the fairy to our next destination. She kept our privacy and was only checking in the beginning with us whether we need any further equipment in the household.
Staying at Jasnas place was one of the best holidays I had in a long time. She is a sunny and relaxed person that creates a wonderful atmosphere in the entire house.
This place is a must experience if you are looking for relaxation, kindness and peaceful joy!
Ein sehr schönes Appartement, wunderschön direkt an der Meeresküste gelegen, am Rand einer malerischen Bucht. Das Wasser gehört zum saubersten, was wir bisher gesehen haben. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, aber auch mit dem Auto ist es einfach zu erreichen.
Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und sauber und enthält alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Es ist angenehm für Selbstversorger, aber auch Restaurants oder andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ohne Verkehrsmittel gut zugänglich.
Wer mit viel Ruhe und Gelassenheit sich erholen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Für jeden, der dem Trubel entfliehen möchte, sehr zu empfehlen.
Staying at Jasna’s , the wonderful owner of Lavander Apartment, has left a strong impact on our lives. We didn’t know before, We chose the apartment just watching the photos. Everything seems so quite e so nice.
But everything goes over our expectations. Jasna is really wonderful, charming and always at our disposal. The house was beautiful with a wonderful terrace on the sea. We travelled all around the island but at the end we came back to Villa Zen to be sorrounded by a very magical kind of peace.
We never come back to the same place but this year we decided that we need to be in Villa Zen one more time.
This place is pure magic! From the very first moment we arrived we knew it was the perfect escape from everyday hassle. The apartment is perfectly located in a silent, friendly bay, the huge terrace faces the sea, the house is surrounded by aromatic pine trees and herbs. The apartment is cool despite the hot weather outside, neat and tidy and perfectly equipped. We loved it! Jasna, the owner practices aromatherapy, if you need pure relaxation at a lovely place, this is your spot. We are definitely coming back next year.
Jasna is a super person and a super host. Very pleasant and friendly with a permanent smile on her face.
