Villa Zen is tucked away in a quiet corner of the southern coast of the island of Korčula, in the small fishing village of Gršćica, between Blato and Prižba. Sheltered from traffic and noise, wrapped in peace and the scent of pines, olives, Mediterranean herbs and turquoise sea, where the silence is pierced only by tireless crickets and the occasional fisherman heading out to sea in his boat.
Villa Zen is located right by the sea. From our terraces the view stretches out over the open sea and towards Lastovo in the distance. The house is built of stone, in the spirit of traditional Dalmatian homes, and the terraced gardens are adorned with olive trees, citrus trees, figs, carobs, fragrant Mediterranean herbs and vegetables.
Villa Zen is a place where life in harmony with nature is cherished, and our special passion is giving new life, a new chance, to old things.

The beach for Villa Zen guests is located directly in front of the house. Two jetties with moorings for boats, terraces with sun loungers and small tables for board games, and benches in the shade of pine trees – all this allows you to socialise or simply relax in peace and fully enjoy your stay.
In the beautiful setting of one of the gardens, next to the terrace with a covered outdoor dining area and an unforgettable sea view, there is a traditional stone barbecue (komin) for all Villa Zen guests.
A special feature of Villa Zen is our “reset corner”, where you can experience the benefits of aromatherapy, quantum therapy and many other techniques designed to relieve stress and improve your quality of life.
You are searching for a more active holiday?
We can offer you two kayaks for rent. Closeby there is a diving and wind surf school, and there is also the possibility of renting a boat or going on an organized excursion aboard a fishing boat. The entire surrounding calls for nature walks and bicycle tours because the island of Korčula is so rich in history, diversity and inspires one for outings and exploration.
