Why so many techniques when each is so effective? Each of these techniques came into my life at a certain turning point and proved it’s possibilities and effectiveness. Sometimes you come to the point when it seems like you are stuck in a situation, a moment, when nothing seems to help. For precisely those situations it is good to have “another ace up your sleeve”.
